The option of buying online is still a bit off putting because I don't know my way around teas well enough yet. But I will persevere and will check out the online tea supplier in the UK suggested by abcdefg. I get email updates and info from him and am gradually gaining confidence to order from him. Thanks for the rinsing tip, I am sure abcdefg mentioned this and I did not drink the first brew, but then the second one was quite strong for me.
