This group is for beginner or elementary level Chinese learners at HSK1-3 levels. Our goal is to improve our writing skills and put all those words and grammar to use that we have worked so hard to learn. Please use only the grammar and structures you have already learned. By using Chinese to think while participating you can avoid translating from your native language. More advanced students are welcome to participate, but please stick to the level of HSK1-3, you can check your replies first at: http://teacher.hschinese.com/hstools/hsk Words outside HSK1-3 with pinyin and translation can be added with "spoilers". Every Monday we will start with a new topic and recap what has been discussed the previous week. During the week I'll be here to guide the discussion. The first topic is self introduction so we get to know everyone participating in this group Please include a self introduction when you post to this group for the first time, no matter at which point you come along. Full disclousure: I've been a member of Chinese-Forums since 2004 and a Chinese teacher since 2014. Roddy the Admin has hired me to start this group and guide the discussion on a weekly basis.
