This is being gradually fixed, but it's being done slowly to keep the site usable. It'll take a couple of days. Search isn't working - the index needs rebuilt. Again, might be a few days, but in the meantime you might want to use the site: operator on Google - Google's indexing isn't perfect, but it's better than ours for now. Trying to get Google site search back on here is on a list of things to do. Not sure how much the rest will take - there's a long list of tasks, but the only one I can see that's definitely going to be time-consuming is rebuilding the search index.
