Three people travel needing to meet my teacher at that place
It means that on the road of life I can learn from anyone....All the people I come in contact with can be my teacher. Three is not a definitive number here, it means many.

You got muyongshi's translation already, and it is the correct one.
古之學者必有師
The ancient scholar MUST (or definitely) have a source or a person to learn from.
見我而敢不走乎
Can you see me and dare not to leave?
When you see me, dare you not to leave?
故遂與之行
Therefore, (the person or I depending on the previous sentence) will/would go with him.
天下從此多事矣
From now on, the world would have many incidents (implying bad incidents, like wars, etc).
You got muyongshi's translation already, and it is the correct one.

This sentence has the implication that everyone had to have learned from someone else. Even the great masters had their teachers. It kind of reminds me of how a young child would say to their parent you were young???? Just that feeling of how we don't think about the fact of our teacher/parents/elders having a point in time when they were young and still learning.

Ah! Here are the missing words in the sentence! I thought it looked weird.
天下從此多事矣
I was looking for a proper word for事, and I was brain dead at the time. Studentyoung, you nailed it. And you are right about 学者 in the context means the students. Great job!

It's important to keep in mind that this is wenyan, not modern Mandarin. So 學者 is not the Mandarin for scholars, but 'study persons', they who study => students.
And as studentyoung said, 天下 is 'all under heaven' => the whole world. (In some contexts it means China, as that was basically the whole (civilized) world to the Chinese. The emperors ruled over 天下.)
