I am wondering what are things (language points) that make you sound like a girl in Chinese? 

I guess 讨厌（ tao3yan4  hate） is something make man like a woman, but don't know why, just girls will laugh when a man saying " 讨厌”， it's so interesting for me.

simc is right, using 人家 to refer to yourself is very girlish. As for 讨厌, it depends on the voice and can be girlish (if spoken tenderly and lovably) or just be angry.

I think 老娘 is for woman, and 老子 is for man. Similar meaning,

In Taiwan it's common to hear 對啊 as a reply, and it is used by both men and women. I would caution foreign males when using this as a reply, as it can come off very girly. When you do use it, say it with a neutral or lower pitch. Otherwise, you definitely will sound like a girl.
