What is 都 here? He could say '开到三点' ？？？

 

2.

这款产品您用得怎么样，还满意吗？

 

您用得怎么样 = how do you like ？？

 

What is 还 here?  I think the customer has not bought / used the product yet., but I don't have any more context.

1) 事情太多了, 都（so many 事情 even to be busy)until 3 am it looks like now. Keyword: even

 

2) Sounds like a customer is trying some product, and the clerk is encouraging a sale. "What do you think about the product? Not too shabby eh?" with 还 downplaying everything to not sound too boastful.

都 used with time means gives off a feeling of later than expected or later than normal. I think this is an extension of the general use for emphasis that presents something as being a lot or being more than normal.

 

都三点了 It's already 3 o'clock (and this is considered "late" rather than "early").

 

都(开)到三点了 (He drove) all the way until 3 o'clock (and this is considered a lot).

So this 都 is a kind of biblical 'even unto 3am'.

 

2. You are saying '这款产品您用得怎么样，满意吗？' would be too brusque for Chinese ears? I see a possible translation for 还 is 'fairly', which fits in with what you are saying

I don't think 都 has the "even" meaning here.
