Hi all this is my first post to the forum, so big "hi's" to everyone.  Amongst my  friends we are having a quite active discussion about what is the best equivalent of "enjoy your meal" or "bon appetit".  We are having a few different ideas and wanted some advice on what is the most appropriate use but are a bit confused on the best use.

Our short list is;

1.  晚餐愉快 Wǎn cān yu kuai

2.  qǐng màn yòng (請慢用)

3.  “màn màn chī” 慢慢吃

4.  “chī hǎo hē hǎo” 吃好喝好

We are trying to argue what phrase is the most appropriate to write down just to appear by itself ie on a card in front of a person or on the front of a food product and can be used in a variety of settings ie formal and amongst friends.  Also the phrase has to be one which can be used to describe the food itself not the eating occasion ie lunch/dinner/snack.

Thanks

Rob
