Thanks ChouDoufu.

Well, I had another session with my language exchange partner, and I passed on all this info. She was really excited to tell her best friend, and her best friend's fiance. I'm sure they're going to be relieved!

neither of us need to give up our nationality

Exactly

one of us will

be able to get a 6 month or longer visa to "visit family"

He can, you're Chinese so you don't need a visa to stay in China

what should we do if the valid date of this kinda visa was expired, would he need to leave China and back so that he can get a new one or this kinda visa can be extended without my fiance leaving

In theory he should be able to extend it indefinitely without leaving China if things haven't changed too much

And if he find a job during he's stay,is this hard to get a "Z"visa?if he can get one, forgive me keep repeating this queston,is this "Z"visa also have a valid date?and what should we do if the date is expired?

The Z-Visa isn't hard to get if he meets all the requirements. He will have to leave mainland China to change to the Z-Visa. The Z-Visa (/work residence permit) will expire usually after a year and the school/company he works for will have to extend it.

He can't extend this visa on his own, he can't use a visa from one company to work in another.

If he quits his job he may lose his Z-Visa

my question is ,can I keep my nationality if we want to live in U.S for a very long time ,like, spend the rest of our life there,is that legal if I won't change my nationality from begining to the end? and if that won't work or for some other reasons that I have to change my nationality, then can I back to China after that? and how long I can stay in China once I'm not a chinese citizen any more?

You can get a USA Green Card without giving up your nationality and stay in the USA forever. (I'm 98% sure)

I'm pretty sure that if you come to live in the US, you can keep your Chinese nationality. I've known several people who grew up in the US with their Chinese passport and only gave it up after some twenty years, purely for practical reasons, not because they had to.
