Hi all,

does anyone know the name of this song (recorded at Tiantan park)?

Is this a folk song or something similar?

Thanks  :)

Not folk, it's a 'harmonised' song. Typical piece for 春晚.

Hello there friends...

I am trying to identify what I believe is a Chinese song I heard out somewhere... it sounds very heavily synthesized, like it is smooth-pop song from the 1980's, & features a man & woman singing harmony together in the chorus... I have included an mp3 to demonstrate with the verses & chorus sounded like (with gibberish language of course, haha)... I hope someone will be able to identify it..! thank you.

Hello Everyone!

I joined the forums because I have been looking for a certain song for over a year and I need help finding it. I heard it on December 24, 2014 in a beverage cafe in Chinatown Manhattan, New York, USA. I recorded that last 50 seconds with my phone. I think it's Chinese but I am not 100% sure. It sounds like a contemporary rock/pop song. I loved it so much when I heard it and it remained stuck in my head for a long time after. I want to know what it is so I might be able to purchase it. Thank-you!

Here is a link to the 50 seconds I recorded: http://picosong.com/Ngrq/

Hi everyone,

This is extremely vague but I've been looking for this song for years so I'm hoping someone can help me find it. I heard when I was growing up (my mom was listening to it) so I'm assuming this song came out in the 80s or early 90s.

So here goes nothing:

1. Intro of the song: There is a quick "dun dun dun dun" followed by what sounded like "wo ye ni jia shi" or "wo ai ni jia shi" followed by a saxophone.

2. This was in Mandarin.

3. I remember the color blue being a big theme throughout the song.

4. This was a duet.

I can't really remember anything else as I was really young. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
