(60-year cycle) 仲春 is the second month of spring (lunar calender). So approximately March. 畫 to draw, to paint 于 preposition indicating location 珠山 place name, supposedly in Jindezhen, Jiangxi since it's on a piece of porcelain. Put together it means: Painted in Zhushan, March, 1919. That porcelain painting is supposed to be by 珠山八友.
