Reading Chinese on English OS without installing fonts?

NJStar Communicator 2.3 has a Universal Code Converter! It it can convert Chinese text to GIF files among other things. :)

i cannot find a similar product to what you are asking either that is free.

(a lot of programmers are tired of the question, "if you are so smart, why are you not rich like Bill Gates?", so a lot more people will start charging for services like this...)

Thanks for all your input, but none seems to be useful to me... (hope I won't sound rude to say~~) :P

Anyway, as to why I can't install the fonts, because I'm in Vietnam using computers at net cafes, some cafes restrict the user rights so I couldn't install or download anything, I think I can just ask them to unlock the computer and let me install the fonts, but what a trouble to explain to them what I wanted to do...
