velivolus Posted May 3, 2007 at 07:03 AM Report Share Posted May 3, 2007 at 07:03 AM Is there any way to reassign keys for plug-in functions on ZDT? I would like to use the sound feature to hear words pronounced, but it is assigned to F3, which is the key on my iBook for muting sound. Needless to say, that is a pretty serious conflict! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
bogleg Posted May 5, 2007 at 09:47 PM Report Share Posted May 5, 2007 at 09:47 PM Hi velivolus, So on my Macbook, I need to press the function key + F3 to get the sound to work. I'm assuming the IBook has the same keyboard layout, but let me know if it doesn't. Chris
onebir Posted May 13, 2007 at 05:11 AM Report Share Posted May 13, 2007 at 05:11 AM More generally, it'd be great to reassign keys. For example, in the flashcard mode, "up" is flip card, but "ctrl+right" is next card. This is easy to remember & probably suits some people, but for going through flashcards quickly, it'd be easier if you could just press "right" (or even "down" since we're learning chinese ;-) )
