Last time I arrived, I asked for the cheapest they had. They wanted 130, I got them down to 100. (Also, on the way to the hotel, I spoke to their employee long enough to find out that of the 130, 50 are their commission.) Unfortunately, I don't have the address here at the moment, otherwise you could try your luck there. If you don't mind paying the extra 20, you can also book through one of those counters. There's also a bunch of youth hostels, which should be priced below 80 kuai even (for a dorm bed). A simple google query should bring up a bunch of information on those.
