Anyway, in case you don't know, the name of the song is 爸,我回来了 (Dad, I'm back) sung by 周杰伦 (Jay Chou) and the verses you quoted are a mix of mandarin and 台语 (Taiwanese, or 闽南话 or Hokkien, whichever way you would like to call it). "mai gan na lei", "ni gan mie tia" are definitely not mandarin to my ear. I'm not a native speaker of this dialect though, maybe someone else in this forum would like to help to identify which part is actually Taiwanese...
