ax Posted April 16, 2004 at 02:03 PM Report Share Posted April 16, 2004 at 02:03 PM if you have windows 2000/XP chinese you can use the character editor to create the charater and assign it to the remaining slot in Big5 code. You can enable the 內碼 [neima] input method and use it to input your character to any application you need to use it.
