I have been in supermarkets, books stores etc. I know they exist, at least in Beijing, so if anybody knows where to buy these cards in Dalian please let my now... I could also just buy a thick A4 sheet of paper, and cut it myself but that is too much trouble if I can find these cards in Dalian.
