You will learn heaps and really improve your "tingli" CCTV is the one go for. Most of their stuff is broadcast from beijing so is nice and standard. But be warned, chiense adverts are big time NAFF, not to mention the "el cheapo" korean/japanese imported dramas with mandarin dubbing.
