It makes me wonder what happens to the feet of all the chickens sold in the UK. Maybe we export them to HK or something?? But I have a feeling we probably grind them up and do something horrible to them instead... Does anyone know? By the way, I don't mind the ones that are kind of deep fried and fall apart in your mouth. But I can't stand the white rubbery variety. I've tried both kinds several times, but the deep fried feet have too many small bones, very mafan, and the cooked feet are, exactely, a bit too rubbery for my taste.
