There were also many more who took courses like civil ingeneering, mechanics, ect. The ones who studied with me weren't very good at french (they only studied french for one year), so I tried to do my best to help them understanding the courses. This way I got used to spend time with chinese people and hear them speak together... without understanding any word ! So I decided to take a look at their language and bought a french book to learn chinese in three weeks. Of course we were able to communicate in french, but I just wondered what they could be talking about when they speak chinese ;-) Now I'm still interested in that language and am trying to learn more about it and about the chinese culture.
