?虫

My friend said that she was turning into a regular 跟屁虫 just following me around all day long. That expression just cracked me up! I've also been called 放屁虫。。。I mean I've heard OTHER people been referred to as 放屁虫,haha!

What other ?虫 combinations are commonly used?

Thanks,

Randall

Hey,放屁虫 seems never to be used in my life since i'm a native speaker Chinese. I suggest not use that phrase when commicating with Chinese. Well, 跟屁虫 is quite often used between very close persons as a joke or when you are really very angry with the one who follows you all day long, say,别像个跟屁虫似的跟着我, the tone of which is too strong to be used usually.

However, there's is an example of 虫 often used by us Chinese:

肚子里的蛔虫:to know sb. very much so as to speak out what he is thinking of
