You can turn just about any image file or scanned document into Chinese text. Even if there's pictures, Readiris Pro will get them in the same exact format that it was in. You can pick about just any output format including PDF, Word, etc. Then you can read it with your Powerword 2007 software. (Have you checked out the CEDICT dictionary that I formatted for Powerword 2007?) Here's the example of the page you uploaded turned into word format with Readiris Pro. Edit: I forgot you wanted HTML format. Well, Readiris can do that too. Please see the rar file attached for an HTML output example.
