Don't let the name turn you off - it's discussing the effects of globalization and job loss (the building that repeatedly collapses in the song) in Shijiazhuang on three members of the family: the dad who is drinking to replace his old factory job, the mother who is buying a "fake gun" with fake money at the new mall in Shijiazhuang and the kid at school who feels free because he doesn't need to follow his parents in the industrial sector.
