Anybody from Xiamen see this? According to this, it was filmed in Xiamen on 演武大桥、环岛路、机场、鼓浪屿、中山路 and 大同路 (which is a part of 中山路?). As already mentioned, I highly recommend these if you like the caper type movies with all the fast editting and intersecting storylines (ie Snatch, and Lock, Stock, Two Smoking Barrels).
