HedgePig Posted April 1, 2009 at 03:11 AM Report Share Posted April 1, 2009 at 03:11 AM I apologise if this is in the wrong forum but it seemed to be the best fit.... Perhaps this is a strange question but if anyone has a good solution, I'm interested! Are there English translations of Taiwan laws and regulations readily available (for a fee)? In mainland China, there seem to be companies offering this service but my firm hasn't found anything comparable in Taiwan. We're ending up paying a law firm for our own translation of specific regulations which we are interested in and this isn't cheap (several thousand US$) and of course there is a delay while the translations are taking place. trevelyan Posted April 1, 2009 at 04:00 AM Report Share Posted April 1, 2009 at 04:00 AM Why not just hire a bilingual native English speaker to either do the translations themselves, or do other work for the company?

HedgePig Posted April 8, 2009 at 05:30 AM Author Report Share Posted April 8, 2009 at 05:30 AM Have checked roddy Actually the ones we had translated were not available on the website (I should have trusted our Taiwan colleagues more when they said English versions weren't available!) But finding this site was still extremely helpful - thanks agains, skylee. Regards HedgePig
