I just found this one

倒凤颠鸾

Invert the pheonix and turn another phoenix-like bird upside down

dǎofèngdiānluán

dao3feng4dian1luan2

Which as I'm sure you've all guessed means - have sexual intercourse. . .

we always used to laugh at this one: 坚壁清野 which my Oxford CE dictionary translates as:

Strengthen defence works, evacuate non-combatants, hide provisions and livestock, and clear away all surrounding trees and cabins

Quite a lot for just 4 little characters!
