PhilipLean Posted September 7, 2009 at 09:54 AM Report Posted September 7, 2009 at 09:54 AM (edited) I was looking at various Palm handhelds, wanting to get a relatively recent one to run Pleco, but can't afford the latest large Palm phones. Has anyone installed Pleco 2 on the Palm Centro ? Does it run ok, or is the screen too small? Is it possible to write Hanzi ok on it ? It might be easier to just buy a Palm T5 or TX Edited September 7, 2009 at 10:06 AM by PhilipLean Quote
gato Posted September 7, 2009 at 09:59 AM Report Posted September 7, 2009 at 09:59 AM I've been using Pleco 2 on my Palm Centro for about a year now. It runs very well. No problem at all. Quote

self-taught-mba Posted September 7, 2009 at 11:39 PM Report Posted September 7, 2009 at 11:39 PM We have run it on all of those for our students. They all work. TX is bigger for the screen. Centro's keys might drive you nuts--but it can record, which I think is huge. Treos also work and the have bigger keys than the Centro. I prefer the Treos personally. Quote
