The Foreign Experts Bureau has also announced that all teachers must pass an "Evaluation System for Foreign Language Expert" by mid-November. "This system consists of three subsystems: resume filtration; written testing, and an online interview. The tests will comprise a general personnel evaluation psychological profile and a general knowledge test on China and other current world topics." Guangdong was among the first to introduce certain conditions and limits on teachers' ages, which is now spreading throughout China.
