There are double rooms and single rooms with different conditions. Facilities: TV, phone (Phone bill is not included), broadband (broadband bill is not included), air-conditioner, fridge, shower, toilet etc. Double Room: 50-75 RMB/ per day per bed. Single Room: 92-150 RMB/ per day per bed. If it's anything like Zhejiang University, its like a hotel and a dorm. Basically it's a dorm for students, and they'll rent rooms out like a hotel since the students end up leaving because they charge so much.
