website Posted August 29, 2004 at 02:08 PM Report Share Posted August 29, 2004 at 02:08 PM If "suibian" is "I don't care", would "I care" be "bu suibian"? Perhaps I should use "wo zaihu" for "I care", right? For example, if someone says, "Would you really care if I stole your money.", can a person answer, "Wo bu suibian"? Quest Posted August 29, 2004 at 02:35 PM Report Share Posted August 29, 2004 at 02:35 PM Would you really care if I stole your money. 如果我偷了你的钱,你真的会在乎吗? 我不在乎。 Would you really mind if I stole your money. 如果我偷了你的钱,你真的会介意吗? 我不介意。 suibian 随便 is whatever/whatever you like bu suibian is wrong. count_zero Posted September 16, 2004 at 07:53 AM Report Share Posted September 16, 2004 at 07:53 AM You probably already know this, but 无所谓 (wusuowei) is pretty useful for 'I don't mind', also for something that doesn't matter. Like you could go to this shop or another shop -it doesn't matter.
