Hi folks,

The stickies here only provide info on a few schools, but there are dozens in Beijing that teach Chinese to foreigners. I was doing my own personal research and thought I would post my current list here.

College of International Education

Note: I didn't thoroughly research every one of these. The prices quoted are for full semester programs. Many of these schools may have short-term programs, even if I did not indicate this. The links are primarily for people to do their own research.

Hope this is helpful to someone at some point!

Oh sorry! The tuition is 11900, with accomodations it is:

1 semester (20 hours): 25250

1 semester intensive (30 hours): 32800

1 year: 50725

They also have 1-12 week programs that seem pretty cheap. I'm looking into the 12 week regular, which comes to right around $2500 (USD) WITH accomodations, which to me seems not bad. Is that decent? From what I could tell, it was on the lower end and includes insurance and visa assistance.

Anyone been there? I've read the posts that are up already, looks pretty good.
