I am mailing some universities which accept application online,

how long does it take usually to get admissions mail, I understood that I need to attach the admission notices to the scholarship application that should be submitted before late April.

p.s I didn't get specific answer from the university when asked.

no for the CSC scholarship to universities that accept it in China.

The CSC application has a section where you list your top university choices, and if you're granted the scholarship they will find a place for you in one of those three (or possibly in another school of their choice, but I've never heard of that happening). You only need to submit an admissions notice with your scholarship application if you have been accepted to a university already, will be attending that university regardless, and are simply trying to get extra funding to cover the cost.

How can you do the applicaiton online?

for some of the universities I contacted, they simply sent me a word document form for application. I filled it and sent it back. for other you need to scan the documents and send them. all you need is your passport and maybe the highest diploma if you have one but It dosen't look like it matter.

I find it's hard to get information from university. The staff is too rude and they can't speak English.
