Go to http://www.confuciusinstitute.qut.edu.au/study/proficiency.jsp select your level below "New HSK Guidelines" and then you end up at a page where you can download the PDF for that level. The PDF contains guidelines, an example exam, a word list and for the lower levels the grammar patterns that you need to know. Edit: Hmm, I didn't noticed edelweis' answer...
