Please recommend me Chinese schools in Nanning

My brother is planning to study Chinese this summer in Nanning, Guangxi. He has a basic foundation in Chinese (took 1+ years in uni). Any good experiences with universities in Nanning?

He said there is no first-class university in Nanning, if the location is fixed, Guilin Electronic Technology University (桂林电子科技大学) is a best choice.

He suggested two universities, one is Guangxi University（广西大学）, another is Guangxi Ethnic University(广西民族大学, not sure about the English translation).

Thanks for the replies! I called Guangzi Uni, but they aren't offering Chinese courses this summer. Will try calling 广西民族大学。
