Was offered, at window 17, standing only ticket on D2013 (?). Must be a new policy to admit standees. Coming to Beijing on the morning D train i also noticed many standees buying tickets on the train. I guess the railroad bosses can see that a few more folks on the train in the aisles can't hurt much. The real rip was the same price! 45 rmb to sit and 45 to stand. ugh.
