Translating Chinese Name To Hokkien

Do you mean that you are looking for an alphabetic transcription that resembles the Hokkien pronunciation of those characters? If so, does it matter which variant of Hokkien (Amoy or Quanzhou)?

I think it could be something like "Ong Min Suan", but my Hokkien skills are extremely limited.
