I've contacted an agent today, but the position she offered me didn't sound too attractive: 12 periods of 40 minutes/week, with 100 yuan for 1.5 hours. I've worked as a teacher before and the rate then was more like 100 yuan/hour, even for non native speakers. Also I'd prefer a more flexible schedule since I'll certainly be out of town for travelling at some points, so 1on1 teaching would probably be more suitable. Is it easy to find students?
