I have them listed below and some are obvious. What about the others? Are they ethnic groups, ancient kingdoms? Many local beers are named after the former names of the cities or former principalities they're brewed in Bejing's most famous brew: 燕京 Nanjing's best: 金陵 There were more, but I forget, anybody else know of any?
