The local language in Dalian is a mixed one including pronunciations of Dandong and Yantai and also some foreign words from Russia and Japan. But what you should know is just A word. And this can make you a well treated foreigner here. The word is "biao4 e0" probably written as " 彪子" It's a noun means "fool" exactly. If you want to say "a fool" just say "ge4 biao4 e0" (say it very quickly), because we often ignore the character before 个 to make us speak more quickly especially when we speak offensively.
