Groin Kick :D - __陰腿

Recommended Posts

I'm having a hard time finding this first character.

I have the left radical, and I've tried some other radicals, but all I can find is this:

The translation given is "groin kick", but I'm not sure if that's right (this document is pretty old).

Appreciate your help.

Thanks

skylee

I suspect the first character is either an error, as the boat radical is not necessary, or a variant of 撩. But it is not listed in the TW MOE Variant Dictionary -> http://dict.variants...ra/fra01669.htm

Okay, this makes sense. There are some errors, definitely.

I'm wondering, does this translation fit well for these characters? 撩陰腿

Does this really imply a kick to the groin? Lifting yin leg...

Thanks

Yes. From the Baidu article:

撩阴腿,又称撩阴脚.是指以脚面撩击对手裆部

or basically, it's an attack delivered by an upward sweep of the foot into the opponent's groin
