A Chinese cheesemaker making artisanal French cheeses in Beijing. Website in English, Chinese or French. I'm particularly interested in their mail order service. One friend in Shanghai has ordered cheese with no problems, but I'd be interested to know if anyone else has any experience or thoughts. That one I bought a couple of times though, it was nice to have a non-industrial cheese for decent prices. No experience with their mail order service though. I'm not about to name names, but I can think of many companies which are irredeemably bad, but have been in business for years, decades or even centuries. But I know what you mean!
