John DeFrancis Beginning Chinese & David and Helen in China vocabulary lists complete!

I've just finished creating Anki decks for both "Beginning Chinese" and "David and Helen in China." It was a monumental effort and I'd like to trade one or both for an "Intermediate Reader of Modern Chinese" vocabulary list (one that can be exported to Anki with minimal effort) or anything else useful and not easy to come by ;) I've searched everywhere and have been unable to find a vocabulary list for this text. Oh, and this is my first post, so please forgive any ignorant statements I might make!
