Xi Jiao Hotel BLCU

I am in the process of applying to BLCU for fall semester 2005. I wonder if anyone has stayed at the Xi Jiao Hotel http://www.xijiao-hotel.com.cn/english/bgjj/index.htm and what your experiences were. I was going to go through Access Mandarin and stay at the BLCU Conference Center Hotel, but after doing the math I have figured out I can stay at Xi Jiao Hotel for only a little more $$ and a lot more conveniences. I will probably look for a room-mate to share the double with, or look for a room in an apartment once in country. I'm not really worried about it too much now. Is anyone else doing/has done anything similar? I would like to hear about your experience.

Well I'm supposed to be staying at the same hotel this summer as I'm also appyling to BLCU to study for 8 weeks but through educasian. I havn't stayed at the hotel before but a few guys in my university have. They said it's a very nice hotel but you occasionally get a friendly hooker outside. ^_^

Has anyone used this gym before? How does it compare to Fusion? Can one get a membership without being a hotel guest?

i think there's a single room at xi jiao hotel no? forgot which building i think it is the 2nd one and it is cheaper than the normal double room. and u get cheaper rates the longer you stay. You probably get free breakfast as well, and the breakfast is quite decent
