Hence, I am looking for nice people there :-) I am 29 years old. I am also looking for a furnished apartment in the Hexi District. I would like to spend about 2800-3300 RMB (all costs included). My suggestion is to befriend a local that would be willing to help you speak with a real estate agent, tell them your price range and the area in which you want to live. You should be able to rent a nice place for yourself at around 3000 in Hexi. Whatever you do don't rent an apartment in the Chengji building on Nanjing road in Heping, too many people have made this mistake! Also, tianjinbang may have an article on renting, google it.
