I don't know what Baidu page you are on. Some accept only a Mainland number, some have a pull-down menu to accept some international numbers.

 

As said above, you are going to have problems without a Mainland number. Baidu changed its procedures a few months ago. Before then, you could register without a Mainland number.

Purchased a LWLA1034 from a Chinese vendor.  Sofware ( LWLA1034_2014_en_iso ) is available only on pan.baidu and the link sent by the vendor doesnt work , appears the log on is incorrect.  Just need some help to obtain the sofware , product is useless with the above software.

Any help would be appreciated , Not available anywhere else.
