The link is to the FB post with a list of participating artists. The streams will be available on YouTube and 土豆 Tudou. The concert is at the location of a gas explosion from earlier this year (we've discussed it before on the forums). The roads have since been repaired and are in use. Some buildings are still under repair. The concert is a way to drum up support for the victims and the city - a new start to a new year.
