Here is a selection: On the left we have Maasdam from Holland, then a Red Cheddar from the USA, Italian Grana Padano and a Danish Brie. We also have regular supplies of: Swiss Emmentaler The red cheddar was unusual. We more often get regular white New Zealand (Anchor) cheddar. And we get what Americans seems to think is mozzarella.
