Pedroski Posted January 12, 2015 at 10:45 PM Author Report Share Posted January 12, 2015 at 10:45 PM I got this answer on stackexchange: This 人单合一 is just a slogan created from no where, by the Haier company, If you are not planning to pursue a job opportunity from this company, figuring this "人单合一"'s meaning out is just waste of time :-) I think this comes out from the pacific word 天人合一 which have a very deep philosophical meaning first used by Zhuangzi.
