Is there a difference between these 2 sentences?

Hello,

 

I would like to ask, wheather it makes a difference if I say

 

这个苹果不好吃,是吗?

 

or

 

这个苹果不好吃,不是吗?

There's a higher level of assumption that the listener in the second sentence will agree with you/should agree with you.

 

不是嗎 reveals that your expectation or your assumption is that whatever you said before that is true, whereas the 是嗎 means you either want to know if it's true, or you question whether it's true.
