Salary/Benefit Expectations for Certified Canadian teacher?

Hi everyone! I've been applying for jobs and interviewing like a madwoman for the last 2 weeks and I'm completely exhausted. I have a Bachelor of Education (Primary/Elementary), Canadian Teacher Certification, TESOL, as well as 4+ years of experience. What salary/benefits should I expect to be offered in Beijing or Shanghai areas? I'm applying to both institutes and International schools. The contracts I have received so far range from 10.000RMB-16,500RMB--and seem to be bare bones. How much negotiating needs to happen before a decent offer is actually made?

 

Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks all!!
