If you check out the InTernal affairs site, you will find out that they are actually refering to acne..thus the spoof name of "Internal"...but a great joke nevertheless homsuplo! I'm referring to the fact that pornos often alter popular movies' names to make them sound more racier, such as Joy F#$@ Club or Finding Nympho.
